Red Salmon, reputed to be the best restaurant in Knox, Ferntree Gully and surrounding areas, opened in 2002, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner 7 days a week from the Knox Ozone and Knox Shopping Centre.
With an international and continental menu, extensive wine and cocktail lists, our chefs are passionate about food and ensure that our suppliers provide the freshest of ingredients to use in our Italian, Continental and Asian inspired dishes.
Our restaurant objective is to serve healthy, fresh, flavoursome food,while not using endangered and depleting seafood.
Red Salmon is available for private functions and bookings are encouraged in particular on the weekend.
