Method
1. Place all ingredients except cream into a large saucepan and bring to the boil. Reduce heat and simmer for approx. 1 hour.
2. Remove from heat, mash or puree pumpkin mixture until smooth. You can use either electric beaters or food processor.
3. Stir through 1/3 of the cream
4. Serve immediately with crusty bread and drizzle with cream to your liking.
