Mini Hawaiian Lunchbox Pizza's

 

 

 

Ingredients

  • 6 muffins or mini pizza shells
  • Tomato paste
  • Italian herbs
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Shredded ham
  • Pineapple pieces drained well

 

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C
  2. Top muffins with tomato paste, Italian herbs, ham, pineapple and mozzarella
  3. Bake for approx. 10 minutes
  4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for school lunches.




**These mini pizza's can be made with whatever toppings you may like, but it is best to keep your toppings to a maximum of two.

Some topping examples:

shredded chicken and pineapple
chicken and mushroom
pepperoni
eggplant and tomato
thinly sliced potato and bacon
