2 cups of flour
4 teaspoons of baking powder
Pinch of salt
¾ cup of water
1 tablespoon of butter
Milk
Method
· Sift the flour and mix in the salt and baking powder, and then rub in the butter as with scones.
· Mix in the water gradually but not too much.
· Knead lightly on a board until smooth.
· Form into a round shape.
· Wrap the dough in foil or put in a camp oven and brush with a bit of milk.
· Place in the oven for around 15 minutes or until cooked.
Serve with jam or syrup
