Method
1. Cook pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water to packet directions or until firm to bite (do not over cook)
2. Whilst pasta is cooking, place oil, garlic, tomatoes, sugar and basil in a large frying pan on medium-high heat Simmer rapidly until thickened. approx. 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Drain pasta, then add the pasta to the hot sauce, tossing well to coat.
4. Sprinkle with fresh parmesan
Serve immediately.
