Ingredients

  • 2 Cups rolled oats
  • 1/4 Cup sesame seeds
  • 1/4 Cup pepitas
  • 1/4 Cup Sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 Cup sultanas
  • 1/4 Cup dessicated coconut
  • 1/4 Cup dried dried fruit
  • 90ml coconut oil
  • 45ml brown rice syrup
  • 45ml maple syrup

 

Method

  1. Mix the dry ingredients and set aside
  2. Whisk the syrups and oils together then pour over dry mix
  3. Mix well with a spoon or hands
  4. Press into a lined or greased rectangular baking dish
  5. Bake at 180C for 25-30 mins
  6. Remove and cool completely
  7. Cut into squares
