Chocolate Crackles

Makes approximately 24

 

 

 

 

Ingredients

  • 250g copha
  • 4 cups Rice Bubbles
  • 1 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1 cup icing sugar
  • 3 tbsp cocoa
  • Patty Papers

 

Method

  1. Mix rice bubbles, icing sugar, coconut and cocoa into a large mixing bowl. 

  2. In a small saucepan place copha and melt over a low heat. Allow to cool slightly before adding the rice bubble mixture. Stir until well combined. 

  3. Spoon into patty papers and place in the fridge until firm.

 

**For a fun variation add ½ cup of mini marshmallows**
