Chocolate Chip Biscuits
Makes approx 36
Ingredients
- 2 ¼ cups of Plain Flour
- 1 tsp of bicarb soda
- Pinch of salt
- 250g softened butter or margarine
- ½ cup castor sugar
- ½ cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp of vanilla essence
- 2 eggs
- 125g Dark Choc Bits (1 pack makes 2 batches)
Method
- Preheat Oven to 190°C
- Sift first three ingredients and set aside
- Cream butter, sugars & vanilla until creamy
- Beat in eggs & sifted ingredients
- Drop spoonfuls of mixture onto greased baking trays.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes and then cool on trays.
