100gms milk choc bits (or dark choc bits or some coconut)
Method
Melt chocolate and butter in a large glass bowl in the microwave for about 2 minutes and allow to cool slightly.
Mix in eggs, sugar and plain flour.
Then add choc bits, mixing gently.
Place in a square tin lined with baking paper. Bake for 30mins at 180°c Should be bubbling butter when removed. Do not overcook! Cool slightly and cut into squares.
