Pork & Veal Meatloaf

Serves: 6-8                                               




  • 1kg pork and veal mince
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup parsley
  • 1 medium red capsicum, diced
  • ¾ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 x 40g sachet McCORMICK Slow Cookers Mediterranean Chicken
  • 1x 400g can crushed tomatoes


  1. Combine mince, onion, egg, parsley, capsicum and breadcrumbs in a large bowl and mix well.
  2. Form mixture into a log shape that will fit in your slow cooker insert pot.
  3. Brown meatloaf in a hot pan and place into the slow cooker insert pot.
  4. Mix the McCORMICK Slow Cookers recipe base with the crushed tomatoes and pour over the meat loaf.
  5.   Cover and cook for 4 hours on HIGH. (Keep covered during cooking. Cooking times may vary between slow cooker models)
