1 cup self raising flour
1 cup coconut
¾ cup caster sugar
¾ cup milk
¾ cup choc chips
Method
· Pre-heat oven to 180
· Grease and line with baking paper a 19x29cm lamington pan
· Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well
· Spread mixture into pan and bake for 20mins or until golden
· Allow to cool in pan for 10mins before slicing
Great served warm or cold.
