A Little Bit of Cheek is a cheeky online boutique selling clothing gifts and accessories for babies through to teens.
I have worked in customer service for my whole working life. For some reason I have always ended up chasing unpaid money for some company. I believe that customer service is what it's all about. If I don't get great service I won't spend my money there again. I am hoping all my years of training and experience will become evident to my customers by the service they receive, which will encourage my customers to return to A Little Bit of Cheek.
I started A Little Bit of Cheek for a number of reasons. Above all else it is about spending time with my daughter - as much time as possible. She won't stay little forever and I want to be around to watch her grow. Flexibility was another thing that concerned me. When my daughter is sick I want to be at home to look after her and now that I have my own business I can just switch the laptop off and snuggle with her on the couch.
I have always wanted to own my own business. My love use to be real estate. I was always looking for another rental property to buy to build my empire. How things change - I am no longer interested in an empire, just enough to help my family have a wonderful life.
The idea of A Little Bit of Cheek was to have everything in one place so customers don't have to shop around. That's why we stock clothing, gifts, accessories and baby bags. It was really important to me to stock the brands I love and more important, to stock as much of the range as possible. 'I agree babies are gorgeous, but one day my daughter is going to grow up and I still want to be able to dress her in fabulous clothes which is why we stock size 000 - 14.'
For our tweens we have the rockin JettRoc range. With dresses, skirts, shorts and singlets your kids will be the coolest kids on the block. Tommy Rocket and Two Belles also cater for the tweens with their fabulous summer range available up to size 12.
